Welcome to Spark. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Spark is a web-based idea capture and organisation tool with AI-powered features. It allows you to save, organise, and expand your ideas using artificial intelligence.
To use Spark, you need to create an account using an email address and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Spark.
You own everything you create in Spark. Your ideas, projects, and all text content belong to you. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the AI features, you grant us permission to send your content to Google's Gemini AI for processing. This is solely to provide the AI expansion and analysis features you request. Your content is not stored or used by Google for AI training.
You agree not to:
Spark uses Google's Gemini AI to expand ideas and generate project overviews. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI outputs before acting on them. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
We aim to keep Spark available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to give reasonable notice of planned downtime.
Spark offers a free tier with limited AI features and a premium tier with expanded functionality. We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier. If you subscribe to a premium plan, billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.
You can stop using Spark at any time by simply not using the service. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Spark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the app. Your continued use of Spark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
